Poor quality.

Upon opening the BigJigs junior tool kit, to check everything was suitable for my grandson, I was actually quite appalled at the poor quality on the whole item. From missing parts to flaking paint and unusable tools. This may well have been one that slipped through Big Jigs quality control, but I have to be honest about the item I received. I must point out however that once I raised my concerns with The Baby Farm, the could not have been more helpful and resolved the issue promptly, 1st class customer service. Although I doubt I'd buy a BigJigs product again, I wouldn't hesitate buying from The Baby Farm again.
